LEGO Dimensions Sonic Minifigure Revealed

As part of the E3 based launch announcement, Sonic the Hedgehog was unveiled as one of the minifigures coming to life as part of LEGO Dimensions Series 2, due to launch in September. TT Games Producer Mark Warburton has shared images of the physical Sonic minifigure, albeit not from the most revealing angles.

In the first image (above), it seems that Sonic and Superman are starting a race. In the second image (below), we are getting a strong hint that Sonic’s main ability in LEGO Dimensions will be his speed.

Mark was having some fun with other new LEGO Dimensions characters, such as Gizmo, too.

The images were posted – and then swiftly removed – on Mark Warburton’s Twitter feed.
