The Walking Dead
A break from contest entries tonight and I saw this on the Brothers Brick and just had to give it the exposure it deserves, the creator of this MOC is Flickr user K.Kreations who has built it for Mocathalon.
This is Kyle’s first build in the Modern genre. He explains in his description that it was fun to try and replicate modern architecture while still making it look slightly destroyed. Also, the buildings include full interiors will removable roofs. IT’s hard to show ruined buildings in LEGO but he has done just that and it looks fantastic

“We are the last of humanity, one last example of a destroyed race. The plauge has taken the earth for it’s own, and it will not be long before we join it. By day we prepare our supplies and forage for food. By night we survive the endless hordes of zombies. But time is running out, they are coming…”
